Called them set up an appointment, they arrived on time gave me an assessment of my property and what it would take to provide year round termite protection.

Received written quote and terms agreement via email, signed agreement and was notified a day later as to when to expect them to show up and place the bait stations.

They were on time, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend their services from the initial inspection, to customer service, to the installers. Great overall experience. Definitely DogMan approved.
